At NevaletStore, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:
1. Returns Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
Certain items such as perishable goods, personal care products, and custom-made items cannot be returned.
Items marked as "Final Sale" are non-refundable.
2. Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping address.
Securely package the item and ship it using a trackable shipping service.
Retain the tracking details until we confirm receipt of the return.
3. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a free return label and replacement or refund as necessary.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
